Analytical lead for CRISPR-based CAR-T therapies. Primarily responsible for developing NGS, CRISPR off-target and flow-based assays for evaluation of process development in concordance with other assays for key pipeline assets. Responsible for driving analytical assay development for viral vector manufacturing (gRV, Lenti and AAV) for Cell and Gene therapies in a GMP setting. Additionally, I support IND-related studies and documentation for subsequent FDA filings via analytical assay generation and evaluation.
