TISC is a non for profit organisation and Registered Training Organisation - RTO0201. We deliver driver training for specialised and high-risk driving roles. We are located at Sutton Road Training Centre in Majura, ACT. Our operations are highly ethical and we pride ourselves on the quality of learning outcomes.The Business and Development Manager is a pivotal role in the successful provision and delivery of Training Services for TISC. The Business Manager component of this role manages the design of business strategies and identifies opportunities for growth to improve TISC efficiency. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are vital. The Development Manager component provides strong leadership to the Driver Training Team. This role balances business development and also development, supervision and administration of staff within the Driver Training Team, curriculum development and quality control. It is also required to identify and recommend where training adjustments can be made, to better meet the needs and secure high quality outcomes for students, clients, TISC and RTO regulatory requirements.
