Leading the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) - Commercial Driver's License Information System (CDLIS) Gateway Augmentation Program. Bottom up development of all systems, user interfaces, databases and transactional components hosted in a progressively adaptable Cloud Hosting Environment. Working in close collaboration with governments of Mexico and Canada to monitor and identify unsafe CDL holders across International boarders. Works as part of the Business Development Team adding value in response to Requests For Proposal, Requests For Quote, Past Performance, Pricing and Technical and Business input.

Responsible for the management of multiple projects within the organization, including United States Forest Service Web Portal development and implementation, Business Solution Life-cycle Methodology, Business Process Improvement Management, Business Architecture, Requirements Management, Natural Resource Conservation Service Web Portal & Migration and other projects as assigned.Responding to RFPs, RFIs and competitive bid processes.Developing critical timelines and workflow charting modules to improve, expedite and move forward project initiativesExtensive use of project management tools including Microsoft Project and @TaskOversee the development, structure, testing and implementation of Web Portals, plans and issue resolution processes to facilitate project deliverables

Responsible for the inventory management, analysis and oversight of 120,000+ grant applications reviewed and audited by project’s Grant Reviewers, Quality Control Specialists, Administrative and Due Diligence staff for disaster relief grant case awards totaling upwards of $50 million dollars for a $11 billion dollar housing revitalization program offered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for monetary accuracy and overall compliance with established HUD, FEMA and Office of Community Development standards and guidelines.

• Responsible for inventory management, analysis and oversight of 120,000+ grant applications reviewed and audited by project’s Grant Reviewers for disaster relief grant case awards totaling $50M+ for an $11B housing revitalization program by the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development for monetary accuracy and compliance with established standards.• Responsible for inventory management/work flow of all applications receiving Compensation Grants, Affordable Compensation Grants and Elevation Allowance during Grant Review, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Tier II Review and final Disposition.• Oversaw the development, structure, testing and implementation of workflow plans and issue resolution processes to facilitate project deliverables.• Defined change management strategies and developed contingency plans to improve progress of initiatives toward revised and updated project goals.

Responsible for all aspects of residential remodeling from foundation to punch list. Handled scheduling and supervision of sub-contractors. Ordered and organized delivery of materials. Provided budget and management control. Worked with planners, clients, architects, engineers and consultants to establish project programming requirements.
