Paul started his teaching career as a science and chemistry teacher at King Edward VII School, a large Technology College in Leicestershire. He moved department after 4 years to focus on ICT and the following year became Assistant Head in charge of ICT developments. More recently he joined the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust in September 2003 and in 2005 he became the Programme Coordinator focusing on ICT to raise achievement.Specialties: Expertise in use of new technologies in learning which involves supporting schools using learning platforms, discussion forums, podcasting, blogging, digital video, computer games and mobile technologies.
