Adaptive computing previously called Cluster Resources is the software industry leader in computing intelligence . The leading software Product "MOAB" intelligently manages 14 of the top 20 supercomputers and also was the premier enterprise class workload management solution. Adaptive was a debt free, money in the bank company, that had huge growth. I was the partner in the office of the CEO and was focused on immediate and long term relationships with employees, investors, partners, customers, and strategic alliances.

At the request of the three founders, I spent one1/2 yrs in assisting to building out the full array of Human resource programs , policies, and recruitment. I also spent 6 months assisting directly in driving sales activities, and operations. As a sales team we were able to drive sales up to their highest levels ever, which also represented an increase a year over year growth by more than50%During this time I also was also still running three foundations

While working at Novell I founded A Child's' Hope Foundation and have kept it operating since. We focus on building "Communities of hope" which include an orphanage, school, clinic, church, and community center to serve a local village in those countries which can benefit the most. Our first Community of hope was built in Haiti in 2002 where were able to assist thousands of local villagers and save more than 200 orphans. visist our site at www.achf.org

Responsibility for all human resource programs , policies and activities. I was a member of the executive committee and interfaced regularly with the board of Directors. I also had key responsibilities in five acquisitions.

During my 12.5 year tenure at Novell I was the Director of Staffing & Field HR, then Dir Compensation ,Benefits , field HR. In 1991 I was promoted to VP International HR and had all HR functions reporting to me. During the 12.5 years I directed the integration of employees and offices in 42 acquisitions, I also opened or integrated offices in 40 states in the US and another 72 internationally in all regions of the world. In 1999 I was ranked as the highest performing VP at Novell under Eric Schmidt. I also served on the BOD compensation committee and during my entire tenure had the responsibility for composing and administering the sales compensation plans. Prior to Novell I had worked at three fortune 500 companies in California. Since then have worked As Sr VP of HR for three other companies until I started my International HR consulting practice and also A childs Hope Foundation.
