Currently based in York, UK but I am globally mobile. At John West Foods - I led a business with incredible heritage dating back to 1857 through Covid, Brexit and Hyper-Inflation whilst modernising and transforming all aspects of the brand and business and bringing consumer innovation to the category.Over the course of my career I have had the privilege of living and working in emerging markets (Central Europe, Middle East, plus Asia) and developed markets (Europe, North America). I have re-ignited or fuelled category growth by restocking innovation pipelines and reshaping business models leveraging my exceptionally diverse experience. In addition, on several occasions I have led major business turnaround and change initiatives.During my time at Mars Incorporated I worked across its two major divisions (Chocolate & Petcare) and multiple business functions (Innovation, R&D, Strategy, General Management, Manufacturing, Marketing and Project Management).I am known as an authentic and engaging leader and recognised for creating a culture where people are empowered, inspired and supported to perform at their best and to develop and grow as leaders.
