As the Director of C Franklin Ltd my current role is installing medical hoists for my company and sub contracting to Liko Hill-Rom for their ceiling track and mobile hoist systems. We, as a company are proud to announce that we are Safe Contractor associated and also apart of the certification in the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard, with ISO Quality Services Limited.Both certifications see us going through an ongoing audit process consists of two audits per year for ISO which comprise an internal review (carried out at the 6 months stage), and a yearly re-validation audit to ensure that we, comply with the requirements of the standard, one assessment a year for Safe Contractor to show that we are keeping up with HSE standards and practices.What is ISO 9001?A Quality Management System is a systematic and process driven approach to managing the business.
