 Responsible for day to day oversight of third party processing vendor, ensuring production environment efficiently supports all database marketing functions of one of the nation’s largest Third Party Insurance Administrators. Key contributor and subject matter expert involved in transitioning third party database solution to new processing vendor in 2013. Involved in all levels of RFP and vendor selection process, as well as discovery, SOW, BRD, and UAT phases of solution implementation. Lead continual process improvements, maintaining control over all Process Change Requests with third party processing vendor, assessing level of effort, resource allocation, and project completion timelines. Develop process flows and business rules for new product implementation, in support of marketing rollout to multiple channels.  Maintain data quality controls for all marketing data feeding into Analytic, Promotion, Enrollment and Billing datamarts. Work with cross departmental team, to build a production workflow dashboard in Salesforce, encompassing Client Services, Marketing Strategy, Creative, Database Marketing, and Graphics functions, giving full visibility of marketing pipeline to all stakeholders.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and client facing interactions for a Fortune 200 BtoB prospecting database client. Involved in all aspects of monthly database updates, campaign selections, and back end analysis.
