Paul Hamilton’s quality assurance expertise for electrical components manufacturing spans nearly a decade, with his list of military and industry certifications reading like a Rubik’s Cube of abbreviations. In his role, Paul oversees Electrocube’s quality control, stockroom, and shipping departments – including the separate Part 145 FAA repair station. He maintains improvements and implementation of AS9100 and ISO 9001, (MRB) authority, and handles all internal and supplier audits.Paul is preparing to be certified as an FAA-designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative. He performs final inspections and testing on airborne transformers for the quality control department.Paul’s specification experience includes: ISO 9000, AS9100, (14 CFR) Code of federal Regulation part 21.303 and part 145, IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001, and ANSI-ESD-S20.20.Paul has a passion for quality control, employee training, inspections and testing and policy and procedures – anything that will improve process to do things in a simpler way. “The most important outcome of what I do is assuring a high level of quality for our customers,” he says.
