● Provision of support of Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) to multiple internal and external customers, both onsite and remote● Analysis of business requirements related to upgrades or customisations of the Oracle EBS product● Preparation of Statements of Work and quotations for customisations and enhancements of EBS● Delivery of small projects related to customisations, enhancements and changes in configuration● Development of reports and ad-hoc data extracts for clients● Liaison with Oracle Support to resolve issues related to the software or data on behalf of clients

The team went on to win a Lord Major's Award for the success of the project;Formed part of the team that successfully coordinated the processing of a major back pay project in May 2005.Worked together with other Functional Analysts to identify and resolve multiple issues relating to the process of running pays under the (then) new Human Resources Information System (HRIS - Alesco) system. Acted intermittently as Functional Support Team Leader between April 2005 to January 2007, helping to successfully coordinate May Hard Close and Year End for financial years ending 2005 and 2006.12 mths acting as a Business Analyst, dealing with various issues related to the Oracle e-Business Financial system and HRIS.
