My current position leads team of procurement professionals with a core focus on Broadband, Cable and Telecom services and equipment. This role is accountable for driving the execution of Procurement processes and controls that support our members ensuring that their hardware, software and service needs are met by our partners. I bring an end to end view of the supply chain, including the settlement portion; Procure to Pay/Source to Pay. I previously led a process to facilitate spend management initiatives for the CFO for over a period of 7 years. I have had the opportunity at Sprint to lead Supply Chain systems integration and business process outsourcing projects. Other key initiatives I have participated on are the T-Mobile/Sprint Merger Integration, the Sprint Nextel Merger Integration, the spin-off of our Local Telephone Division, Procurement and Logistics Reengineering, and Digital Lab Team. In each of these we built organizations, processes, and systems. My experience also includes sourcing and contract negotiation, supply management and inventory planning functions in the manufacturing arena, Procurement strategy, policy, and process, as well as supplier management at the strategic level and the operational perspective. It also encompasses category management and design of operational performance management metrics.
