• Manage workstreams under the NHS ‘EHCH’ programme, including improved digital capability in care homes (DSPT, connectivity and equipment).• Support the Covid-19 testing and vaccination programme, promoting vaccine uptake and reporting across the Care Home sector (including CCG point of contact for Capacity Tracker).• Project manage the mobilisation of CMC (co-ordinate my care - urgent care plan), enabling Care Homes to register for read and write access (including roll-out of new devices to Care Homes).• Promote new staff recruitment initiatives in Care Homes (student placements, entry-level recruitment and a new portal for care homes coordinating recruitment across South London)
