As a pure Brandbuilder I play a key role of developing and delivering marketing plans with the focus on Business to Consumer. I play a key role in Events, Brand-activation and PR at ASICS, I work with cross functional teams like sales, digital and Trade where I successful deliver fully integrated preference driving initiatives. Fully responsible for PR and sports-Marketing on strategy and execution. Which Includes:• PR-stories and PR-events linked to our products, campaigns and heritage• Brand experience Events like the Damloop.• Content creation and Brand building stories with our sponsor-assets • Amplification of reviews and recommendations across all channels • Relationship management with Athletes, Events, Federations and external Partnerships• Consumer Trial tours in cooperation with Retail customers.• Athletic Federation: Building a more structural collaboration to expand our activation potential

Responsible for the development and implementation of a yearly Running sports marketing Calendar for the EMEA region, inline within the EMEA & Global sports marketing strategy and contribute to the achievement of agreed attitudinal equity and sales objectives. Execute research to identify sport marketing assets, trends, to help strengthen our position as a true sports company. Fully Responsible for Sports Marketing in the Benelux, Incl Budget, strategy and activation Which Includes:• Formulating promotion strategy by developing promotion plans to agreed targets and budgets.• Support EMEA Countries to build their Sponsor-portfolio• Drawing up sponsoring contracts.• Partnership activations like a vitality program of KLM, Incl. the introduction of their own KLM/ASICS Running shoe • Brand experience Events like the Damloop.• Content creation and Brand building stories with our sponsor-assets

Benelux And Scandics

To implement Region North promotion & sponsoring projects and activities for Running answering the marketing strategy and objectives with the aim of enhancing the brand appearance of ASICS.Highlights:• formulating the Region North promotion strategy by developing promotion plans to agreed targets and budgets• concludes sponsoring contracts with athletes/teams/events/federations/Olympic Committees• Utilize and activate sponsor assets with brand building activities like: (Online) PR-Stories, Consumer activation, events, clinic's, relationship marketing
