Prior to retirement, leadership in a variety of functions (Operations Support, IT Program Management, Research and Strategic Planning, HR – Labor – Payroll – General Ledger Interface Systems) led to four leadership excellence awards below. • Increased electronic commerce to >99% of orders and 85% of repair tickets; 94% of orders routed directly to field untouched in ordering centers (finalist) • Reduced operations costs by over $3M/month via improved performance.
