I started my career with Aviva ( Norwich Union)as a field engineer in 1989Then moved up to senior engineerAfter the merge from commercial union general accident I took on the motor engineer manager position managing a team of home based field motor engineers a Buosness manager grade.I then applied for one of the 4 Combined operations manager covering the south of uk managing 3 lead engineers and 18 VDa the role included network management for aviva's motor network after 4 years the role was moved to full time network management in our supply chain where I remain to this day
