My Role: • The implementation and review of H & Safety & Quality Management Systems• To estimate for small to large contracts for main contractors• To engage with main contractor in design process prior to starting on site.Experience:Paul has been with John Aynsley (Architectural Metalwork) Ltd since 1982 starting as an apprentice at 16 years old, becoming foreman at 21 years.
