Paul Henry is a multi award winning Architect who has been featured on the BBC and Central Midlands ITV as well as in various publications such as: Building Design, Director (magazine for the Institute of Directors), UK Construction Magazine, Church Building, the Voice, Walthamstow Guardian and many others.Paul gained his first degree from the Oxford School of Architecture (now a part of Oxford Brookes University) and his Masters and final Part III qualifications were obtained at Kingston University Architectural School (the later via correspondence when he was working overseas in Berlin). His Architectural experience spans many years and acquired from working around the world in some of the leading Architectural practices in Boston USA; Paris France; Saudi Arabia; Berlin Germany and London England.It was actually after 7 very successful years working throughout the former East and West of Berlin (where he also had undertaken a course to become fully accredited to work as an Architect in Germany) Paul became well known for his skills and was a highly sort after Architect, so much so that he was personally head-hunted by one of Germany’s leading practices based in Munich to establish, open and head up their first overseas Architectural firm in London.Having accomplished high rewards and returns for others, Paul felt it was time to launch out and build his own brand and in November 1999, Paul Henry Architects & Project Managers Ltd was established, which has since gone on to be applauded publically as “one of East London’s leading firm of Architects” by a local government officer.Paul is also a talented Musician: before pursuing Architecture he studied music specialising in Percussion; which he is still actively engaged in today as a sort after semi-professional drummer playing with various bands and has collaborated on a compilation CD of jazz music. Paul also enjoys painting and writing poetry, some of which he has had published.
