This process led to the first long-term investment strategy that is still in place.▶ Negotiated balance between compliance of labor laws associated with federal grants and the desire for tribal government’s sovereignty. ▶ Orchestrated innovative language revitalization program that strengthened cultural identity and ensured that the tribal language would continue to prosper among future generations.▶ Served as project manager for several community capital projects including a child development center, sports complex, and community farm project.
