- Participated in a weekly class, including myself and 15 other University 101 Peer Leaders teaching us how to react to a wide range of scenarios and create a positive classroom culture.- Worked with a University 101 co-instructor in creating interactive and engaging class agendas that fostered a welcoming community and positive relationships for all students.- Assisted 20 freshmen in navigating through their first semester of college and beyond through various lessons teaching them valuable personal and professional life skills.

- Provide an outlet for 46 freshmen to aid in the navigation and growth of all of the freshmen in their first year away from home.- Host monthly events that provide entertainment and improve the first-year experience of every freshman who lives in Columbia Hall.- Provide monthly safety checks that ensure that all freshmen are maintaining clean, neat, and livable spaces that prevent dangerous situations and accidents from arising.- Serve as an advocate and mediator for all 46 freshmen in cases of roommate disagreements to house crises to create a better living environment and freshmen experience for each resident.

- Led a group of seven people throughout the year getting the team passionate about Dance Marathon and helping the group find a place in the organization that feels right for the individual.- Raised money for Prisma Health Children’s Hospital that goes towards healthcare for the families in the hospital and the hospital’s childlife care that greatens the child’s quality of life while in the hospital.- Helped create part of a line dance performed at Dance Marathon’s Main Event that is taught to various families of the children in the hospital and others that attend.- Aided in recruiting over 100 students at the University of South Carolina into various roles within the USC Dance Marathon Organization.

- Led a group of seven freshmen in a four-day program to better acclimate the team to college life and to aid in introducing the group to around 80-100 other incoming freshmen in similar situations.- Participated in leadership workshops that educated the staff on how to respond in situations varying from conflict resolution and homesickness to even more sensitive topics, such as discrimination.- Mentored the group for the first six weeks of the school year to help all seven individuals feel ready for the next four months of the year and beyond.
