Recruited from UK to UAE by Alec LLC as Scaffolding General Manager. Responsible for all site scaffolding operations and manpower sourcing across the UAE and other GCC countries.Application of current British Standards BS EN 128 and TG20 to all projects, including specialized engineered scaffold designs. Introduced KPI monitoring and reporting to ensure internal safety and workflow practices were effective and followed. Introduced a bespoke record keeping system for monitoring the project scope and the system used as a tool for reference for all departments from Safety to Commercial with regards to accountability, cost allocation, reclaim and budget management.

Provided scaffolding training applying CITB accreditation in 2005. This consultancy project involved, training, developing and accessing scaffold teams, in accordance with British Standards, using self-created presentations communicated by classroom and practical tutorials.
