I started this role by opening and project managing the opening of a brand new Costa unit within Poole Hospital. I recruited a whole new team of staff and fully trained them. Currently taking £16,000- £17,000 per week.My current role involves all profit protection, healthy and safety, staff training and audits. I also have monthly NPS and mystery shopper checks, along with frequent Costa checks.In the next few months I have an Amigo shop opening that I will run alongside the Costa Coffee.

Within this role I was brought on to increase the sales of a poor performance café with a poorly motivated team and high staff turnover.I recruited new staff and trained those already in the team who were under performing to excel in their weak areas and ensure they have a clear training development route to follow to ensure longevity with the company and enhance their skills personally. My role in the company has been as unit manager but i have also excelled in running the Dorset area while the ops manager has been on annual leave. I have played a key role in the projects of setting up a cafe in South Wales and Bristol from i also go to other units as a support manager from London to Wales areas to look at key issues the unit may be having regarding Gross Profit, low sales staffing issues.Other areas of my role include:• Managing a team of 12 employees• Training in all areas including health and safety and Customer Service• Preparing Budgets- profit and loss sheets• Merchandising for the Café• Impeccable Customer Service• Working closely with suppliers
