I was also tasked with building a new office from the ground up in Göteborg, which involved marketing and budgeting/budget management. I am proud to say that we achieved an all-time high in 2020/2021, thanks to our great colleages who went the extra mile for the costumers.

As a sales and consultant manager, I was responsible for coaching the sales team. Part of the role was also sales, Key Account Managment. We delivered training and consulting/projects. I also built relationships with C-level executives and had budgetary responsibilities. In addition, I was responsible for business development, where I developed our products and concepts in the form of training and project methodology/packaging. I took part in innovation development in education and U was responsible for partner management with our training resellers.

As a sales manager, I was responsible for generating sales in the pharmaceutical/healthcare, technology, and public sectors. I was also responsible for delivering and coordinating training and inventorying training plans on a larger scale. I had discussions with key personnel in organizations at the C-level. I was responsible for designing marketing campaigns and product development. The training was conducted both digitally and in traditional classroom settings. Towards the end of my time at Acend, I was also responsible for the office, which included partner management, teacher responsibility, and personnel responsibility.
