Technical Support Engineer/Manager.* A competent professional with over 20 years of experience in Blow molding machinery.* A pro-active leader and planner with expertise in Installation,commissioning and maintenance planning.* Design and problem solving skills.* Quality monitoring and control.* Versatile, fast learner, adaptable- worked in dynamic start up environment as well as established large organisation, Highly organised, self motivated with positive contribution.* Excellent technical and interpersonal multi-skilled technique.* Wide knowledge of PET plastic molding technique with Stretch molding machinery.* Excellent inter personal skills,collaborate with customer teams to identify & remedy quality issue.* A strong leader able to train and motivate teams to peak performance.* Excellent trouble shooting abilities, determining root cause of production problems and focusing on corrective action to prevent their recurrences.Responsibilities: -*Continuing on from my earlier position of Process Engineer I was also responsible for the efficient running of 10 Sidel SBO machines, all of which are capable of being tool changed with any of 50+ moulds, with customer specific colours and packaging specifications. *Responsible for the trialing of new products and tailoring the quality specifications to the customer’s requirements. *Responsible for the training of new technical staff on site and the training of customer’s employees with regard to in-house blowing operations using supplied performs. *Experience on Krones,KHS and Sidel's series 1, 2,Universals and Matrix machines.*Design work on preforms and bottle from 100ml to 15lt bottles.*Responsible for all external blowing at customers worldwide.*A member of the New Project development team *Project leader of the first 2 stage plastic jars development in the UK.*Working with a large based customers to reduce cost and weight out of products.
