Responsible for cost reductions and sales growth at multiple facilities across the United States. Primary customer responsibilities included Flextronics in the Texas region. Design and yield were focal areas for this key customer. Yields were improved by over 33% across the board while labor was cut by 30% for key customers. Vendor relationships were also a focal point for new negotiations to reduce material cost at site level and on a National basis. Prices were reduced by 25-30% on key materials allowing improved margins on all sales.
