Growing up as an Army brat exposed me to a lot of different places to live. I've lived on the West Coast and East Coast and several stops in between. I was born in Rio de Janiero Brazil and grew up in Tokyo Japan, Texas, Denver Colorado, Virginia, California, and Maryland. This exposure to different people and different cultures has given me keen observation skills and been an asset my whole life. Most of my adult life I lived in the Washington DC area and was a Vice President, GM for a commercial contractor. My wife and I discovered Southwest Florida and Cape Coral in particular. We love it here.Cape Coral is a unique area because it is a vacation destination with a large number of winter only residents. It's a sub-tropical climate with beautiful weather, and fantastic settings. The best summer you'll ever have, is the winter you spend in Florida, and if you want to be happy the rest of your life, you'll live here year round.
