A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, primarily with major contractors. Wide-ranging experience in the bidding, construction and management of various projects including rail, highways, structures, marine works and the waste sector. Involved since joining Costain in 2009, in all aspects of the £400m Greater Manchester Waste PFI Project, work winning and ECI schemes in the Highways Sector and latterly on the construction of a jetty for delivery of aggregates to the new Hinkley Point C nuclear power station in Somerset.
