His work has taken him literally across the country, in addition to Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Services and products include; information systems, environmental solutions, accounting/recievables outsourcing and architectural services.Paul has spoken before large and small groups such as American Association of Counties, American Conference of Mayors, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Water Environment Federation and various state associations.
