The development of health care is impossible without evidentiary data. About patient's condition, medical prescriptions for the patient, status of provision of hospitals, electronic systems for the introduction of medicines and medical products to the market, logistic chains of supply of medicines, etc. We do all this and even more in #SAFEMed. The war in Ukraine means a large number of injured people. Our work is the organization of their evacuation, EMS teams, provision and training of doctors and medical personnel in them.

Project leader & project manager in public service of the Ministry of Health: 4 years. My team was a strategic leader at the national level during the political tenures of three governments, five leadership teams of the ministry. During this period we have formed and achieved the goals of health care reform in the field of emergency medical care and disaster medicine in Ukraine, which brought systemic results during the full-scale war.The results: • 2022: the new disaster medicine service – the main civilian medical system of providing first aid and evacuation of victims to hospitals; has been operating continuously since the first day of full-scale war;• 2019-2022: sustainable implementation of the reform at the national level according to the approved strategy.• 2022: Ukrainian doctors save lives with the best cars during the war (over 400 new ambulances);• 2022: effective participation of the MOH in projects (as results: more than 50,000 tourniquets, over 100 medical Toyotas, 50 armored medical vehicles, etc.);• 2021: 225 oxygen stations were purchased in a record period: < 2 months (by the state enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine");• 2020-2021: The MoH has implemented the unique IT system capable of tracking every call to 103;• 2021: 867 ambulances were purchased (over $ 44 millions), the largest purchase of the history of Ukraine (by the state enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine");• 2021: EMC teams on board helicopters of the National Police of Ukraine saved the lives of more than 80 Ukrainians;• 2021: the new centralized procurement organization is empowered; it functions reliably, including during wartime (the state enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine");• 2019-2020: 433 (2019, over $ 27 millions) and 416 (2020, over $ 22 millions) ambulances were purchased, by the state enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine".Experience in the field of policy making of medicine (Ukraine): 8,5 years.
