Mr. Hunt is resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office where he is a member of the firm’s Project Development and Finance Group. He represents sponsors, lenders, private equity and corporate investors, energy companies, developers, offtakers, governments and their national utilities in connection with all phases of the development, financing and acquisition of domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects.More specifically, Mr. Hunt’s practice is focused on the development and project financing of energy and infrastructure projects (and energy-related or other commodities transactions), including renewable (e.g., solar, wind, geothermal, hydro and biomass), energy transition, fossil fuel-fired, IGCC and transmission projects, and carbon capture and sequestration, gas pipeline, gasification, water, municipal solid waste and transportation projects, as well as transactions in the sustainable investment space. His activities include the formulation of competitive bidding solicitations, the structuring of projects, and the negotiation of the project agreements and loan documentation.
