Instructing skiing for an international ski school. Working with high end clients to ensure they have a 5* experience with their families and friends as well as improving their skiing.

Working alongside some of the leading psychologists and mental health nurses on an adolescent medium secure forensic psychiatric unit. My original role was to counsel and support the service users between the ages of 14-19 years old. Support them with any troubles they were having, monitor their behaviour and communicate well with the mental health nurses and psychologists to any changes. I then moved onto an activity co-ordinator role which I would co-ordinate and conduct various sporting activities and trips for the service user. Which showed such a big link between the importance of exercise and mental health.
