As a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, I lead the Firm’s North American Corporate Banking Practice. Over the past 20 years, I have served senior banking executives on a wide range of topics, including strategy, organization and operations. I bring a global perspective to my work with experience in the United States, Australia and Asia. My focus is helping financial services companies to drive transformational change, including operating model design and operations effectiveness and efficiency. In addition to my client work, I have contributed to numerous articles on banking topics. I am also a frequent speaker at financial services conferences. I hold an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New South Wales.
