Longonya is an eco-friendly innovant company, which is producing high quality fruit wine.We are producing our wine with discarded fruits (too small, too ugly to be sell) which are normally burn.Our two main product are kiwi and mango wine, because they experiment between 20 and 30% lost.To transform this fruit in wine is a way to reduce food waste.Our wine are free of colorants and synthetic flavourings. We only put in fermentation the fruit juice.
