Senior Project Engineer in the Land Development department. Designing site improvements for medical facilities, schools, commercial/retail sites, churches, residential subdivisions, cold storage facilities, office buildings, roadways, utilities, and a variety of other projects. Proficient in the use of Civil 3D software for the design of site grading, roadways, pipe networks, and much more.

Served as General Manager of Idaho Operations, managing a small branch office while primarily working on the Gozzer Ranch project - a 700-acre luxury golf course community located on the east side of Lake Coeur d'Alene. Also designed numerous residential and commercial land development projects in the metropolitan Phoenix area including churches, high-rise buildings, apartment complexes, residential subdivisions, retail stores, car dealerships, roadway improvements, and much more.

Designed residential, commercial, and industrial site improvements and developments. Analyzed the existing and future sanitary sewer main system and phasing plan for a large development area using SewerCAD. Prepared reports for water and sewer analysis, detailed cost estimates, and exhibits. Participated in design and plan preparation for water, sewer, and roadways.

Designed both urban and rural highways and arterial roadways using MicroStation and InRoads SelectCAD software to AASHTO and state DoT standards. Included horizontal and vertical alignments, superelevation, interchange design, 3-D modeling, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and plan preparation. Participated in public meetings and client presentations.

Performed design and plan preparation for streets, water and sewer lines, grading, retaining walls, and storm drain systems primarily in residential land development projects. Performed hydrology calculations, hydraulic analysis, and report preparation for storm drain systems. Also assisted in pavement studies, drainage studies, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, tract maps, and freeway interchange projects.
