At Sansome & George we have successfully operated locally for many years and, as a family run business, we pride ourselves on providing a personal service. My main responsibilities whilst working with Metro Bank as a Customer Service Representative was to service new and existing customers with their banking needs. This included opening up all sorts of personal accounts such as current, savings, credit card and loans, aslong side opening the account I would also deal with fraudulent activity, setting up online and mobile banking and general enquiries. In addition to serving personal customers I have completed my Professional Banking qualification through the Chartered Banking Institute which allowed me to serve business customers to the highest level and open up business/charity/trust accounts. I would assist in any other services or accounts they required. Whilst spending time with my customers I would be building a rapport with them and making them aware of all that Metro Bank has to offer.In my time with Metro Bank I was managing and running the free financial education programme that Metro Bank has to offer called Money Zone, this would involve me contacting local schools/clubs/groups and giving them the information and then actively running the programme.
