Remaining curious with software development and applications, I decided to go back to school, and little did I know that this decision would open the door to an extraordinary journey. It all started with a referral from one professor to another, and before I knew it, I found myself leading the successful development of a food recovery tool using React, ASP.NET Core, and MySQL.•Implemented process to obtain new customers, growing database by 320%•Maintain client relationships, organizing and leading demos and workshops.•Coordinate meetings with client to gather requirements and feedback to understand customer needs. •Led organizations approach to AWS migration.•Managed the software development life cycle using Agile methodology.•Contributed to the development of an API-driven cross-platform mobile application for food providers.Developing and maintaining the application was an incredibly rewarding experience for me. After the initial development phase, my colleague and I decided to donate our time to keep the application running, and it felt genuinely gratifying to give back to the community of southeastern Massachusetts. Knowing that our efforts were making a positive impact on people's lives in the region was truly fulfilling, and it reinforced my passion for using technology to benefit others. As my first job out of college, I led the risk oversight of asset management in the dynamic territory of Southeastern Massachusetts, forming meaningful client relationships through on-site risk inspections and training. •Audited and monitored a portfolio of assets totaling over $25M, ensuring their optimal performance and compliance. •Led a process improvement project and contributed to the addition of new inspection roles, generating over 15 jobs.•Proposed new process workflow ideas to senior management, resulting in travel opportunities to Rio de Janeiro and ChicagoThis experience allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, and I am proud to have made positive and impactful relationships in the region.
