Developing new technologies canceling and eliminating spurious responses on Analog to Digital Converters (ADC). A welcomed upgrade to ADCs benefiting many industries including Communication Intelligence (COMINT), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronics Intelligence (ELINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), Cell tower base stations, wideband communications, RADAR and car radar.

Worked on MRI preamps and receiving coils for the medical field.

Managed microwave tuner line both technically and marketwise.

Started Advanced Radio Corporation (ARC) using 5 credit cards and a team of three total. Invented a revolutionary new synthesizer and designed it into tuners products. The new technology's industry disruptive tuning speed and phase noise, created a best in class performance bar competitors could not touch. Typical Phase Locked Loop (PLL) synthesizers routinely trade tuning speed for phase noise not allowing both simultaneously. Advanced Radio's new synthesizer technology unlocked the ties to the two specifications allowing customers to now have both high performance phase noise and nearly instant tuning.Capitalizing on Advanced Radio's incredible tuning speed Lockheed Martin won the Naval CWHIP program. The new performance became winners in many programs. Mercury Computers acquired Advanced Radio for $7 Mil and benefits in May 2004.

Member of the OV-3 satellite integration team involved with the C&DH processor interface. Key member of the team developing and deploying the OV-3 UHF ground station in Barrow Alaska (400 miles north of the arctic circle). Also designed the peculiar depressed cardioid pattern X-Band quadrafilar antenna deployed on the OV-3 satellite.

Helped found a wireless company which designed and developed a variety products for use in both the wireless communications and CATV industries. Developed modulators and cable modems. Specialized in high volume low cost commercial products. Developed transceivers from system designs to synthesizers, oscillators, filters and mixers. Developed an S-mode radar return simulator for the FAA becoming Freestate Electronic's flagship product. Wrote automated test programs using both LabVIEW and HP VEE.

Designed and developed test equipment grade high performance satellite communication systems including microwave upconverters, downconverters, translators, tuners and multiplexers. Specialized in wide IF bandwidth (1 GHz), high dynamic range, low spurious responses and low phase noise covering the 1.6-22 GHz band. Produced video baseband concentrators. Developed a RF distribution for an Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) collection and Direction Finding (DF) system. Developed ultra-highspeed point to point secured data links. Wrote automated test procedures using LabVIEW. Invented and patented an antenna for use in monopulse radar interferometer direction finding covering 0.5 to 18 GHz band as well as sensitive in amplitude and phase for all polarizations linear and circular.

Designed and developed broadband antenna systems for planes, ships, other vehicles and man portable. Set up and calibrated several swept antenna ranges from HF to UHF. Developed for Watkins Johnson a 2 to 3000 MHz direction finding antenna for use on a submarine, which was later widely used on their MEWS vehicle program. Conducted research in ferromagnetic and dielectric antennas for antenna shortening and an innovative direction-finding antennas. Created high dynamic range active monopoles dipoles and loop antennas for 10 KHz to 400 MHz. Developed high-powered broadband baluns and amplifiers for the Airforce electro-magnetic impulse (EMP) testing. Authored reports and test procedures.
