I am an experienced Payroll Management Specialist having worked in both HR and Finance department settings. I hav worked mainly in large corporates. Much of my experience has been in the Retail sector. I understand the end-end HR value chain and would utilize my broad experiences as a “value add” to any organization. My current Payroll Management responsibilities are of strategic nature.I currently oversee the HR Administration and Payroll function for the Shoprite Checkers Group.This includes:• Remuneration projects• Prepare data for union negotiations• Management reporting• Manage cross functional relationships – both internal and external.Ensure payroll for payment.Ensure payslip distribution.Payroll Ledger posting.Ensure payroll control accounts are cleared.Payroll Audits And Control.Ensure Payroll & Systems legal compliance.Ensure HR & Payroll workflow processes are seamless, efficient and effective I work closely with internal Divisional HR Managers, Finance and Accounting Management, IT System Developers and Project Managers and building strong relationships with all departments within an organization. I work well within a group setting as well as across teams.My strengths are:- to persevere, love learning new things. I am fast learner and a strong believer of self-development. I am professional when dealing with internal and external customers. I have a very high stress tolerance level. I deal with trouble shooting matters in a very analytical and constructive manner. I adapt well to change . Through planning and organizing my schedule, I have developed a very well balanced time management system. I believe in keeping a high morale among team my members.
