My role at Soar Print sees me lead the sales team for this award-winning, innovative printing company. I have a key focus on helping ensure our clients receive exceptional service and superb quality for their offset and digital printing needs.

hubergroup New Zealand supplies printing ink in commercial offset, newspapers, web offset, packaging, and flexible packaging sectors of the printing industry. As Regional Manager New Zealand, I oversaw a team of 44 people in three centres across the country delivering high-quality products for packaging, commercial and news printing.Key achievements in this role included merging two manufacturing sites into one to reduce the company’s footprint and cost structure. I also successfully built the business case CAPEX to invest and install ink dispensing machines to improve productivity and cost efficiency to allow for future growth.

Overseeing direct mail and transactional mail campaigns, precision and focus was a key requirement in my role at Western Mailing. I found it particularly interesting to use advancing digital print technology to successfully encourage a move away from transactional print on pre-printed shells towards a more direct marketing printing model (white in, colour out).

In the 15 years I spent with Blue Star Group, I worked throughout the business in roles including Operations Manager, Commercial Manager, Procurement Manager and Group Paper Buyer for their Head Office and various companies. This saw me transition from production and manufacturing-focused roles into positions of strategic responsibility.
