My extensive experience encompasses the following projects. Contributed to the design and implementation of an IaC framework aimed at automating data centre deployments. This initiative revolved around Cisco hardware, VMWare/Nutanix. Developed automation scripts using Python, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, and REST API to streamline solution deployment and configuration. Utilised GitLab for issue tracking, project management, and code version control, leveraging its CI/CD capabilities for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Used HashiCorp Vault for secure password management and sensitive data storage.Implemented Cisco Intersight for global customers. Integrating both private and public clouds (AWS and Azure). Developed PoVs to demonstrate the value. Configuring Kubernetes (K8s) platform, including the deployment of K8s clusters and containerised applications. Provided support for all levels of BAU from basic user problems to complex server issues. Successfully led a team to design, plan and manage the transition of all IT and network systems to the company’s new premises within the given timescale and budget. Advised on the purchase of and provided support for IT systems for clients. Managed the IT budgeting and procurement, including monthly reports to senior management.

Managed and maintained the Windows Server 2003 environment including Exchange 2003. Provided desktop support for Windows 98/XP and all levels of support for remote site. Managed the procurement of IT equipment for the company.
