I head up a software engineering team using dotnet, dotnet core, ReactJS and Angular JS.We have SQL server and Elasticache databases and Splunk/Cloudwatch for logging.I'm transforming a legacy three tier architecture to make use of cloud native features such S3, Cloudfront, Lambda, DynamoDB and RDS.Our environment is templated using infrastructure-as-code methodology.I plan to migrate away from dotnet to dotnet core over time.Our environment is ISO27001 certified.Our platform semi-automates bank-to-bank transfers in Australia and New Zealand to provide a cost effective alternative to credit/debit card payments for merchants.We are are building solutions based on the Open Banking model being adopted in New Zealand and Australia, using technologies such as OAuth2 and OIDC.We will continue to work closely with Banks in order to offer a safe, standards compliant payment method to harness the benefits of the New Payments Platform in Australia and Open Banking in New Zealand.I have an interesting in financial markets trading and have been developing and refining trading algorithms on a number of trading platforms - including use of SOAP/REST, XML and JSON technologies.- Advanced Systems administration, planning and implementation with multiple linux distributions: - Red Hat Enterprise Linux (also CentOS) versions 4,5,6 and 7. - Suse Linux Enterprise Server versions 10, 11, 12 - Ubuntu - solid experience with automatic provisioning of RHEL (also Fedora) and SLES systems using kickstart and autoyast- Solid programming experience using Perl on Windows and Unix/Linux systems.- Unix/Linux shell scripting using BASH. expect- Postgres & MySQL RDBMS administration- Unix/Linux infrastructure administration - ISC DHCPD, BIND DNS, Postfix, IMAPD, ejabberd, apache webserver/httpd- experience planning and implementing Vmware Vsphere environments (standalone systems and vCenter clusters). Versions 4.1, 5.0, 5.1, 5.5, 6.0- Cluster design and administration of Redhat's oVirt/RHEV virtualization management- design and maintenance of KVM based virtualization systems, including storage/compute migration and network segmentation optimization.- Storage planning and provisioning with iSCSI and Fibre Channel based storage. Experience with in-kernel Linux LIO SCSI target being used as a storage target. Software and hardware RAID experience.- experience providing multipath storage for Vmware and Linux systems.- Advanced Systems administration and planning of Windows Server networks (MCSE in Windows NT4 and Windows 2000).
