Responsible for around 15 direct reports, whilst managing departments of between 25 to 150 colleagues, comprising of DHL staff and agency team members. Expected to influence EOS survey levels, complete and manage operational projects, motivate, lead and manage to high operational standards aimed at financial site KPI's, whilst developing, training and mentoring my team of colleagues and Stand Up Team Leaders.

Completed site projects and other additional opportunities for new experiences and development whenever possible. Following an assessment day of 12 candidates, judged by the senior management team, I was promoted internally to a permanent FLM.

• 4 weeks training in Welwyn Garden City to become a super user• Train all new starters on Goods In department• Unload inbound deliveries• Check inbound deliveries and sign driver paperwork to confirm receipt• Work stock to correct pallet height for warehouse

• Unloading inbound deliveries• Putting pallets away using a reach truck• Moving stock using a counterbalance

Worksop B&Q

• Completing put away task using a reach truck• Moving pallets from the automated high bay with a counterbalance • Manning the automated high bay inbound conveyor ensuring the pallets were correctly wrapped and stacked

Dinnington

• Ensuring packs of timber was ready at the correct time to go onto the mill machines• Loading & unloading transport trailer’s• Manage the paperwork of the drivers• Keeping the outside yard tidy

Rotherham

• Picking• Operating a reach truck & counterbalance• Keeping the work area tidy
