Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws. Plow or shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas. Maintain equipment related to snow plowing and lawn mowing. I was able to discover and implement more efficient plow routes. I am still currently in the employment of this company.

Plowed snow and maintained the grass. Serviced office equipment, snow plows, and tractors. Provided orientation to new employees. I found plow routes that increased my efficiency which decreased the amount of time that I would have to spend plowing each night. Sorted and labeled mail for residents of the dorms. Assisted dorm residents while working at the customer service desk. Worked with Resident Assistants to help improve residents’ dormitory experience. Ensured security of the building at night.

Anchorage Alaska

Ensured proper transportation and sorting of luggage from ships. Completed schedule for luggage handlers at the airport. Coordinated with truck drivers to ensure timely arrival of luggage from ship. Communicated with the supervisor to ensure all guest and flights were met by luggage handlers. Answered customers' questions regarding Holland America Princess services. I began this position as a luggage handler but through hard work and good performance I was promoted to the position of lead luggage handler. The reason I left this job I moved out of the state of Alaska to go to college in Montana.
