Morris International is a successful international marketing company incorporating TEMA Property Services, Sirromet Wines, Paul Morris Motor Sports, Norwell Motorplex, Carrara Markets, The Good Times Pub Group and Direct Dial Communications.Reporting directly to the CEO my role involved Design, Implementation & Support of all ICT infrastructure and software systems across the group.• Senior management and technical leadership.• Vendors, budgeting and ICT infrastructure procurement.• Team Leader role supporting Level 1 to Level 3 technical support personnel across multiple sites.• Management of On-Prem and Hybrid Cloud Network (AWS Direct Connect, VPN)• Data Centre Management including racks, servers, environmental and security access.• Secure Core Networking Design and support including routers, switches and VLAN• Server, Workstations, Virtualisation, Email, Wi-Fi, VPN, Cloud (AWS, Office365), VOIP, Remote Access Solutions.• Retail POS, Payment Gateways and EFTPOS.• Retail CCTV design, installation and management.• Network Monitoring (PRTG).• PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance.• Cyber Security including firewalls (Sonicwall), intrusion detection and prevention.• Wi-Fi design, installation and support (Ubiquiti) across all sites including internal, hotel and accommodation guests. Access points, Point to Point and mesh topologies.• Sage Micropay, Human Force (Time Target) time and attendance and Progenesis Property Management and accounting.• Providing training for Staff and Management where required.• Zendesk Ticket Management for all ICT support across the group.• Fleet Mobile Phone & Carrier Management and provisioning (MDM – Phones/iPads).• Call Centre VOIP, SIP PBX Design and support.
