At the moment I work as Head HR Services at Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep. Therefore leading several departments of the department Human Resources such as the Salary Administration, the Personal Administration, the Omission department and Functional Management of HR related IT applications. Until December 2022, I was Teamleider Flexbureau at the Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep. Together with a group of planners, I lead a team of more than 100 healthcare professionals who are being deployed at various departments of this hospital. Leading them means all forms of contract negotiations, education and re integration. Until June 2020, I worked at the Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep as Coördinator Servicedesk ICT. After working a year as Servicedesk ICT employee, I was asked to lead this team of around 15 people. The Servicedesk ICT supports more than 6,000 employees of Noordwest in 6 different locations in Noord-Holland. I strived to be the linking ping between the wishes and demands from the hospital staff and the opportunity's of ICT. My knowledge of communication ways and (historical) empathy helped me with this mission. In 2019, I was member of 'Jong Noordwest', a group of ambitious high potentionals of Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep. In September 2012 I started working for Picturae as part of an internship, which I finished in February 2013. With it, I completed my Bachelor of Arts European Studies. After that, I started working for Picturae as a communication employee. During this period I successfully combined my study with work and other commitments showing myself to be self-motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure. After completing my Bachelor of Arts European Studies, I started with the Master History at the University of Amsterdam. Focusing on recent history, I finished this course with the MA thesis 'Katholiek fascisme in Nederland, 1923-1935'​ ('Catholic Fascism in the Netherlands, 1923-1935') in 2015. After that, I started at the Graduate School of Child Development and Education to become a high school history teacher. I combined this course with an internship at the high school RSG Enkhuizen and my work at Picturae. I completed the MA course 'Literacy development and education' in March 2016.
