I have been in pastoral ministry since 1996 serving in large churches, small churches, and church plants. One main focus of my church work has been equiping and empowering God’s people through servant leadership training to use their God-given spiritual gifts, talents and experiences in ministry to the body of Christ and the community at large.For over a decade I have developed and used a corpus of training material to mentor and coach others in gospel ministry.
