During my ten years as IT Technical Services Manager / Network Manager the role continued to evolve within Housing 21.Starting with two direct reports a Citrix Administrator & 2nd Line Support person and ending with five direct reports one System Administrator, four Business Analysts and one SQL Database Administrator.
