We are now the leading supplier of content management systems to the higher education sector in the UK and have made significant inroads in the USA and Canadian markets in recent years.In the last year, I have focussed solely on moving the architecture of the product forward, with the hiring of a head of development, whom I work alongside.Our CMS is 100% Java based, with a lightweight browser front-end developed using jQuery and Web Services.I have also developed and administered training courses for customers in Ireland, UK, USA and Canada. The target audience for these courses are mainly Java developers.The training courses provide the attendee with intimate knowledge of the TERMINALFOUR Business Platform, the developer API and enable the attendees to customise and extend Site Manager.During my time in TERMINALFOUR I have gained valuable experience in Java, JSP, PHP, Web Services (both REST and SOAP), Rhino (server-side Javascript), ASP, Databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2 and Exterprise DB) alongside front-end web technologies including HTML / XHTML, CSS, jQuery and Javascript.
