I have over 30 years experience as a global private markets investment professional, with a focus on private equity investment, product development, portfolio management and strategy. I am currently a Managing Director within J P Morgan Asset Management's real estate team where I established and manage a pan-European core fund, lead on European strategy and portfolio management and am one of the authors of JPMAM’s annual multi-sector and global Long-Term Capital Market Assumptions publication. I am also a founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Bride Street Capital Partners, a family owned private equity investor focused on private real estate and public real estate. Previously, I served as Global Head of Private Markets Strategy for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Head of Global Research for Invesco Real Estate and a Research Analyst for Henderson (now Nuveen). I have also held visiting academic posts at the Universities of Oxford, London, Nottingham and Reading and have served as a Governor of the British School Al Khubairat in Abu Dhabi (appointed by HE The British Ambassador).
