Analyse and advise optimization techniques for planning for cost efficiency.Support to Project HSE department in site incident reviews and safety observation reporting Ensure safety, health and environmental policies are adhered to and committed during project execution.Review offshore documentation for preparation of Hook-up campaign.Challenge Samsung Heavy Industries/Technip consortium on engineering and construction practices to maximize offshore campaign efficiency.Act as Offshore principles advisor to Hook up Engineering team.Liaise with Contracts and Cost teams regarding scope not covered in original contract. Drafting of CPY organization charts for recruitment.Produce Job descriptions for HR department to implement Employment requests.Review Construction Punch, NCR’s and site modifications directly influential to Offshore plan.Transition period in Norway during inshore phase acting as Total advisor on all aspects of offshore readiness to new owner Statoil.

Responsible for offshore management of Project delivery on 740MUSD partner approved project.Interpreted and initiated planning modifications as required Liaise with onshore Project team for project strategy to meet deadlinesManage and guide Construction and Fabric Maintenance team for optimum effectiveness.Responsible for monitoring and maintaining stable POB to ensure planned and actual manning is maintained by all entities. Ensure safety, health and environmental policies are adhered to and committed during project execution.Establish SIMOPS documents for Project execution.Responsible for welfare and accommodation of resident personnel on board FlotelOrganise and motivate offshore team to ensure Project maintains efficient working and progress delivery.

Responsible for overseeing all Major and minor project/ modifications carried out by thrird party contract companies on behalf of Total E&P UK Ltd. Interface with Construction and commissioning completion teams from initial Project Kick off through to completion and handover.

Responsible for providing onshore Construction support for offshore implementation teams, co-ordinate onshore Engineering for Construction activities and constructability reviews on new Projects and Modifications. Establish service orders with specialist vendors and co-ordinate material and equipment requirements in line with plan. Planning reviews with Project Engineers to ensure realistic timescales established for progess.
