Other responsibilities included developing new products, searching for new products and vendors, increasing customer base and profit margin.

I was responsible for selling partial and complete industrial paint finishing system. Sold paint and phosphating chemicals.

I was hired to design and set up a wet paint system. Upon completetion promoted to Quality Manager. Started an SPC program, wrote a quality manual and supervised the quality control department. I wrote procedures for the operations manual and started a safety program.

I was hired as a process technician with the responsibilty of ordering chemicals, maintaining the operation of the zinc electroplating, heat treat furnaces, rubber wheel molding, wet paint line and the water treatment system. In 1983 promoted to supervisor of 16 employees on the second shift. In 1984, transfered to 1st shift, supervising the paint line, plating line,heat treat line, and wastewater treatment sytem. I continued as the technical supervisor of the process lines, supervisoring 10 employees. i also worked on the labor negotiating committee during contract prepartion, environmental work on hazardous waste, OSHA Right to Know training, painting and plating sales, and outside sources in quanlity.
